LearnEnglish.guru Terms and Conditions Agreement

This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between LearnEnglish.guru, Owner, referred to as, “Owner,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” and the User, referred to as “you” or “your.” By accessing or using the LearnEnglish.guru website (“Website”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Account Creation:

• Users can create accounts on the LearnEnglish.guru website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. We will not sell or share your information as stipulated by our privacy policy found at https://learnenglish.com/privacy

2. Content Purchase:

• Users can purchase content or downloads available on the LearnEnglish.guru website. The purchased content is for personal use only and may not be redistributed or shared without explicit permission.

3. Membership Access:

• Users can join a membership for access to an offsite app. Memberships include unrestricted access to the offsite app which must be upload from either the Apple App Store or Google Play store. User will be given a temporary password via email but they are encouraged to change the temporary password to a strong password on the app/web application. Any User found to be sharing passwords will be restricted from access without notice. Membership benefits are subject to change, and LearnEnglish.guru reserves the right to modify or terminate memberships at its discretion.

4. Copyright and Trademark:

• LearnEnglish.guru exclusively owns the copyright and trademark rights to all content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, displayed on the Website and offsite App.

5. Use of User Feedback:

• By providing feedback or suggestions, you grant LearnEnglish.guru the right to use, modify, and incorporate the feedback without any obligation to compensate or credit you.

6. Competitions and Contests:

• LearnEnglish.guru may organize competitions or contests for promotional purposes. Participation in such events is voluntary, and winners may be featured on the Website or related channels. No monetary compensation will necessarily be provided, but it is at the web owner’s discretion whether to offer discounts on products or membership fees.

– This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, and any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the USA. However, since the owner lives in Malaysia, it is hoped that User and Owner can come to a mutual agreement via an English speaking moderator of the Owner’s choice.
